did not get discount

New customer. Ordered 2 books (order #1316044) using discount code MB5UP. At one point I read total price $9.98 while checking out. I went back a page or two to verify things before approving order. When I finished check-out I received e-mail receipt for original list price, sans discount. I assume I screwed up by going back to verify. I would appreciate the proper adjustment to reflect the discount, else please cancel this order.
