  • Hello Martin,

I'd be happy to help. Within the introduction of this title it states: "This book is aimed at professional Business Intelligence developers: consultants or
members of in-house BI development teams who are about to embark on a project
using the Tabular Model." The book also explains: "Those
without any existing business intelligence experience will find themselves out of their depth very quickly, as will managers who do not have a technical background." I might suggest that you use these as guidelines if this book would be useful for you.

There are other titles that might fit your needs better and they can be found here: http://search.oreilly.com/?q=data+ana.... Also, please keep in mind that if Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Analysis Services: The BISM Tabular Model doesn't fit your needs that O'Reilly has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. More information on this can be found here: http://shop.oreilly.com/category/cust.... Hope this helps and have a great day!
