Customer "no service"

There is no service, we adopted a book for our school and I can't get a hold of anyone in your "customer no service"...maybe a 50-100 books per semester aren't much to your company, but its a lot to us. Looks like another book company next go round?

  • Hi Bill,

I'm sorry to hear that you've had a difficult time getting in touch with us. We care about all of our customers, from those who read free content on our website to those who purchase books regularly, so I'm sorry that you've had a bad experience that suggests otherwise.

If you'd like to talk to someone by phone, call (707) 827-7000 / (800) 998-9938. Customer service is available by phone Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

To get in touch with us by email, please email order@oreilly.com and me, rachelj@oreilly.com.

How have you been trying to contact us? It would be good to find out why you weren't responded to.

Once again, sorry for the frustration. We'll do what we can to work out whatever issues you've had.

    Kind regards,

    Rachel James

  • Hello Bill,

Can you give me details about your experience? I haven't seen anything from you. You can either respond here or send me an email at allen at oreilly dot com.

Thanks for taking the time to write.
