I’m confused

Collective Intelligence Python Problem

Reading Collective Intelligence and am trying out first program in chapter 2 and am new to Python. When I try to ececute "import recommendations", I get the following error:
>>> import recommendations
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "", line 1, in
ImportError: No module named recommendations

Please advise. Thank you

    Are you referring to the first program in Chapter 2 on page 9? That's not the correct command for that.

    If you haven't already done so, you'll need to download the code for that book from here - http://examples.oreilly.com/978059652...

    Then, once you have it downloaded and unzipped, you'll go into the Command Prompt window or Terminal window, and change directories so that you are in the Chapter2 directory, then run the commands in the book, exactly as they are in the example on page 9. That should work as expected.
