Change in subscription without authorization

Can you please advise why are rates were changed from $27.08 to $46.59 for Highbridge Capital Management LLC Account# 110469-128918
The pricing was changed on our account as of February 2009.

As far as we are aware no upgrades were requested or ordered.

We have sent numerous email to accounts@oreilly.com with a response. Please adjust our account and advise asap.

    I'm sorry your question was not answered more promptly. O'Reilly Media and Safari Books Online, while affiliated, are actually two separate companies and I just became aware of your question today.
