Cart should be per-account, not per-browser.

Currently, when I am signed in to my O'Reilly account on my phone and add books to my cart, those books do not appear in my cart when I sign in to my account on my desktop. This seems like a bug, and can be rather annoying when I start building up my order on the phone, and go to checkout on my desktop, at which point I need to start building my order again from scratch.

    Sorry for the delay in responding to you and that you find it to be frustrating. Each time you log in you'll get a different session ID and that will not flow through to your session when you log into your account at home. We plan to roll out our Mobile friendly cart in the near future, so you should be able to have a better shopping experience on your phone.
