I just recently purchased LPI Linux Certification in a Nutshell 2nd Edition ISBN 978-0-596-00528 960 pages
It's a great book and a fantastic reference - but I have the following comments:
It's a HUGE, heavy book, difficult to transport or carry around and even hard to manage, on a table as it keeps wanting to close and change pages.
Best possibly used solely as a desktop reading I imagine, but still difficult to manage as a reference book due to it's bulk.
I don't suppose you have considered printing it as an A4 book?, that would be so much more convenient, smaller and much easier to manage and read (and travel with), it would be fantastic if it could fit in a laptop bag??
Thank you for your suggestion, and I'm sorry for the delay in responding to you. I've passed your comment on to the editor and the inventory/manufacturing manager.
Would you be interested in the ebook version of this book? If you'd like to set up an oreilly.com account, I could give you the ebook to try out, so that you'd have the portable ebook to complement your desk copy.
