I’m confused

Book Download failed

I tried Safari's new Download a Book feature and the status says "failed". What's up? My account is joelhealy@hotmail.com

    Thank you for letting us know about this problem. I located your account, tried to regenerate the file, and it failed again. We've been having a great deal of success since implementing whole book downloads yesterday, so I believe this is an isolated incident. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

    I have filed a case with customer service on your behalf and will send you an email confirmation with the case number.
