Bill Rosenblatt of copyrightandtechnology.com claims, "O’Reilly uses (proprietary) watermarking on their PDFs." While he claims this isn't DMR, I believe it is. Is this or isn't this true?

    I am asking our IT staff for a definitive answer on this claim here, but as far as I know, at present all of our eBooks and videos are DRM free. I should have an answer for you shortly.
