Availablity of eBook from Print Version

I have the print copy of Head first Networking, but I cannot upgrade to the eBook, even though there is one available. Is it possible to upgrade?

    Hi Mi Ko,
    I just tested the upgrade for this book and it seems to be working for me as intended. What you need to do is go to "your products" and click on the "print books " tab. When you click on one of your registered books, you will see a button that says:"+Discounts Upgrades". Selecting that will reveal the "$4.99 Ebook Upgrade" option.
    Clicking on this link will take you to the cart and auto fill in the discount code for the upgrade.
    If you do not see the upgrade code please let me know which title it is you're trying to upgrade.
    If you purchased the book directly from us it's automatically registered in your account.
    If you've purchased the book from another vendor, you will need to manually register it. To do so, sign into your oreilly.com account and click on "Register Print Books", then enter the ISBN or title of the book you wish to register. It will appear in "your products" under "print books"
