Hello drupal berlin,
You can order the book through our German website at http://www.oreilly.de/catalog/9780596... . Or, you can order the electronic version through oreilly.com, the main site in the US, and download it immediately: http://oreilly.com/catalog/9780596515... .
I hope one of these satisfies your need.
Amazon.com is also cheating buyers who order Using Drupal by charging credit cards and crediting a non-existent seller called "Pendulum Books". The seller has received 100% negative feedback for some time now and still Amazon.com maintains a high satisfaction rate for the seller, fraudulently.
I strongly suggest that O'Reilly Media should look into this issue and perhaps re-evaluate its relationship with Amazon.com, which has been declining in reputation over the past year or so.
I was able to secure the promise of a full refund, but it will not become effective until 3 weeks after the supposed delivery date from the non-existent seller. Because of this, my website development has been delayed and I cannot afford to purchase another book until the refund is made.
In the future, I will order books only from the publisher and will avoid untrustworthy sources like Amazon.com
