Add Exercises and ML/BD Content

Add exercises and/or project suggestions, so that readers can create, in a guided, logical fashion, a portfolio they can use as evidence of having worked through the book. Also, add a chapter (at least) introducing/summarizing the most "popular" Big Data/Machine Learning methodologies, and how the rest of the book may be used in those contexts (otherwise, I feel, the book is really mis-titled: it should be titled "Python for Data Wrangling"; I was disappointed when I bought it, via mail order, and it turned out to not have much by way of true _analysis_ of data).
