I’m frustrated

About the Steve Jobs day

With all due respect to Steve Jobs, I feel really bad that there is not an initiative or a word in memory of Dennis Ritchie when in your catalog you can find at least 44 books about Unix and the same number that directly or indirectly the Language C. I recognize the merits of Steve Jobs in the commercial field and having beautiful designed products. But I think that D. Ritchie made us all grow culturally. If you think that Unix and C are the basis of operating systems and languages used in virtually all Apple devices I believe that we are even more indebted to Ritchie. But it is possible that Richie is just dead. While Steve Jobs is iDead and this makes the difference.

Sorry for my poor English... but usually I think and write in Italian...
