"97 Things a Project Manager Should Know" iPhone app

I'm running "97 Things a Project Manager Should Know" iPhone app (on a "New" iPad) - I got to chapter 12 and wanted to go back to the cover so I could show the book to someone else. In short - I can't.

I've managed to get back to the Preface (using the table of contents icon) but every time I try to get to an earlier page the app shuts down.

  • Hi Catherine,

The iPhone app ebooks that we sell were a special version of the Stanza ebook reader, which has been discontinued, so there isn't an update to fix that problem.

The work-around to solve the problem would be to extract the ePub file from the app using the instructions in this blog post, and then open in iBooks on your iPad -

If you have trouble with that, please send me a note at booktech@oreilly.com.

    I hope that helps,
