why can't I purchase Programming Windows®, 6th Edition in the ebook format?
hitting add to cart fails.
Thanks for writing us about this, and I'm sorry for the annoyance. What happens when you hit add to cart? Do you end up on an error page or do you stay on the product page and get an error at the top of the page?
If you're getting an error on the product page, that could be because it's already been added to your cart, so try going directly to http://shop.oreilly.com/basket.do
If you're getting a different error, could you send us the URL where you get the error, and a screenshot?

One thing I may recommend is to log out of your account, close down your browser windows, then clear your internet cache and cookies. Then, log in to your account, add the book to the cart again and then proceed with the order. This *should* fix the redirect error you're getting.
You can also give our customer service folks a call and they can place the order for you if my workaround didn't fix it for you.
